2. Data we collect
We may process your name, phone number, email address, service addresses, requested dates, apartment or office details, service preferences, communication history, quote and order information, invoice details and payment status. When you use the website, technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited and cookie identifiers may also be processed.
3. Why we use it
To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and arrange services requested by you.
To perform and manage confirmed orders.
To issue invoices, keep accounting records and meet legal obligations.
To protect our website, prevent abuse and improve our services based on legitimate interests.
